Virginia Ott, R.N., NP-C
Ginny has been Oncology Certified since 1996 and received multiple nursing awards over the years. She was awarded Oncology Nurse of the Year in 2001 and most recently Nurse Excellence in Research in 2008. While working full time, and raising four children with her husband, she continued her education throughout the years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University and then continued on to become a Certified Nurse Practitioner graduating from Molloy College.

Virginia Ott, RN, NP-C graduated in 1985 from Queensboro Community College and started her nursing journey at North Shore University Hospital. Over the last 23 years, she acquired many different skills and performed many different roles, mostly focusing on the care of the hematology/oncology patient.
